Returns and refunds policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must be unused and in the same condition you've received them.
  • Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Within 14 days of receipt, reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return or email us at return@lokotrains.com citing your order number.
  2. Send all items back to us.

Additional Information:

  • We must receive the items within 28 days of the items received by you.
  • Refund will usually be issued within 14 days of the returned items receipt. Product replacement times may vary depending on availability.
  • You will normally be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Please use a suitable tracked service when returning goods, as we cannot be held responsible for any returned goods lost in transit.

Partial refunds are granted in the following situations:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery

Late or missing refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund within the mentions timeframe, first check your bank or Paypal account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at return@lokotrains.com.
